Privacy policy of the Lemon Agency panel and app

Scope
The app.lemonagency.net panel and the Lemon Agency mobile app (iOS and Android). The app is a tool for Lemon Agency clients and staff: it shows leads, delivery statuses, billing and notifications. Accounts are created by Lemon Agency; there is no self sign-up in the app.
Data we process
Account data (name, email, role, company), lead data delivered to clients under contract (e.g. name, phone, email, city, form answers), activity in the panel (statuses, notes, messages) and, in the mobile app, a device token for push notifications. We do not collect location, contacts, photos or advertising identifiers.
Purpose
To provide the service: deliver leads, show their status, handle billing and send notifications about new leads and items that need attention. Legal basis: contract performance and legitimate interest in client service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Lead data is processed on behalf of the clients it is delivered to.
Push notifications
The app asks for permission to send notifications. The device token is linked to the signed-in account and removed on sign-out. Notifications are delivered by Apple Push Notification service (iOS) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android). You can turn them off at any time in your phone settings.
Cookies
We only use strictly necessary cookies: to keep you signed in and to unlink the phone from the account on sign-out. No analytics or advertising cookies, no tracking across apps or websites.
Processors
Infrastructure providers used by the panel: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), push notifications (Apple, Google). They process data only on our instructions. We do not sell data.
Retention
Account data for the duration of the relationship and up to 6 years after for accounting. Lead data as agreed with the client. Push tokens until sign-out or uninstall.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing.
Deleting your account and data (Lemon Agency app)
How to request: 1) email lemon@lemonagency.net from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete account"; 2) we confirm your identity by replying to that address; 3) we delete the account within 14 days and confirm by email. What we delete: account data (name, email, role), push notification device tokens, sessions, and notes and messages you added. What we keep and for how long: invoices and billing records for 6 years from the end of the year they were issued (tax law requirement); lead data delivered to a client company stays with that client under its contract, as the client is its controller.
